We understand the frustrations that are faced on a daily basis when dealing with tenanted or numerous properties. With that in mind, we have created a solution to each aspect of the managing process. We have a secure bespoke database which allows us to manage your portfolio or single job where we individually inform the tenant via text message and email when your job is booked in and also again when we are en route to the job. All certificates, photos and job reports are uploaded to our system and forwarded on to you via email so you always know what has been done and no paperwork is ever lost.
How we differ from other companies.
We have a custom built app, which keeps your tenants up to date every step of the way. The app informs your tenant when the job is booked in and also when the engineer is on their way to the property.
Our secure diary admin system, saves job cards and gas safe and appliance certificates (PDF) for future peace of mind, should you ever require a copy.
